On August 31, 2010 I started the HCG diet I lost 45lbs and have since gone off it. I gained most of it back, I am not a fan! 2012 Hopes to be a better me! 2016 will change for good!

January 20th
So I am going off the HCG today I have not lost weight on it for a while. The first time I lost so much but now I am not seeing anything but an oz or two. I have no energy and I am depressed! Over all I lost about 45 lbs. I know that is good but I didn't want the magic to stop! I guess I will work on keeping it off for now. Today weight is 173.2 lbs

Still at 174.2 lbs. Thinking about trying something new to shake it up a bit. A little worried about the head aches I have been getting.

The past few days!
So I went from not loosing anything to up 2 oz then up 4oz. So I had a apple day yesterday and finely I lost weight. I weight 174.2 lbs! I just have two more pounds to go to be at the weight I was before Christmas! I should have never gone off my diet! Oh well the past is the past!

I'm back! After enjoying the holiday season I weighed in at 182.4 lbs. So I guess not to bad for all that I ate!
