On August 31, 2010 I started the HCG diet I lost 45lbs and have since gone off it. I gained most of it back, I am not a fan! 2012 Hopes to be a better me! 2016 will change for good!

still down!
So I went to the Doctor this morning for a cold and a bladder infection, I haven't been to see him since June! He said, wow you have lost 15 lbs! I said, well that was in June, I had gotten up to 217.0 lbs. So I have lost 31 lbs since then. I weigh 186.8 lbs and it is still coming off! Thanks to the HCG!
