So Saturday we went to the Zoo with Josh and Mike. They had a large weight scale that many people could get on. Mike told me to see what the scale weighed me. I got on and it said, 172.0 lbs! I wish I had that scale at home.
So I have been at the same weight for 3 days, so I think I better start to go off for a while to see if I can loose some more later. So I will be weighing in just not on the drops for a while. Wish me luck!
On August 31, 2010 I started the HCG diet I lost 45lbs and have since gone off it. I gained most of it back, I am not a fan! 2012 Hopes to be a better me! 2016 will change for good!
